Chow Tai Fook Financial Center in Tianjin is the next tallest to the Golden Finance 117 building in China. IStructE awarded the tower in 2021 for its Slender/Tall Structure. CTF tower has a curved shape that plays an essential role in lateral system and gravity by boosting the building’s stiffness. This is one of the 9th tallest buildings in the world with a height of 530m. It has 97 floors with rounded corners but is square in plan enabling matchless interiors for the tenants. Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre

The Guangzhou Chow Tai Fook Finance Centre, otherwise known as East Tower, is the 8th tallest building in the world and the 3rd tallest building in China. The building is standing in the central east of Zhujiang New Town. With about 111 floors above and five beneath the ground, the Finance Center links public transport and runs a mall underground. The building, in operation since 2016, is in service for offices, residences, and hotels. The building has 95 Hitachi elevators, with 02 being the fastest in the world. This tower is unique, with different sizes on each floor to meet all the requirements.

The construction of PIFC started in 2009 and was completed in 2017. Its height is 599 m, and have 115-plus floors. According to reports on completion, it broke the record for having the highest observatory at 562 m. It has corporate space, including elite shops, hotels, etc. Later, in 2019 according to an SCMP second quarter, 30 percent of office space was still vacant. China Construction First Building Group is the main contractor Thornton Tomasetti is the structural engineer of Ping An International Finance Centre.
